Refund Policy

Overview

We are committed to delivering real value through our programs and consulting. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on swarajx.com and sameernigam.in and applies to all clients enrolled in any SwarajX program or service.

Handholding implementation run towards -> 10L — 7-Day Refund Window

We offer a strict 7-day refund window from the date of enrollment. If for any reason — change of mind, change in circumstances, or otherwise — you decide this program is not for you within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days from the date of enrollment, no refund requests will be accepted or processed under any circumstances whatsoever. This is a firm, non-negotiable boundary.

No Refund Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

• You enrolled but did not use the program — inaction is not grounds for a refund after the 7-day window
• You were removed or terminated from the program due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
• You shared program materials, access credentials, or content with any unauthorised third party
• You engaged in abusive, disrespectful, or unprofessional conduct toward our team or community
• The 7-day refund window has passed, regardless of reason

Consulting & Handholding Services

All one-on-one consulting sessions and handholding engagements are non-refundable once the session has been delivered or commenced until mentioned specifically on landing page. By booking a consulting session, you agree to this policy.

Failed or Disputed Transactions

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive access to the program, contact us within 48 hours at support@swarajx.com with your full transaction details. Upon verification, the amount will either be adjusted against your enrollment or refunded within 7 working days.

We do not store or have access to your full payment information. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access or fraud beyond our reasonable control.

Program Deferral

If you are unable to continue the program due to unavoidable circumstances, you may submit a written deferral request to support@swarajx.com within the original validity period of your enrollment. Deferral requests are accepted at our sole discretion. Only one deferral will be considered per client. No deferral or access extension will be entertained after the original validity period has expired.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window, email us at support@swarajx.com with the following:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon verification of eligibility.

Right to Revise

SwarajX reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Any revisions will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change. Payments already made will not be affected by any such revision.
