2. Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- Ebooks
- Templates
- Checklists
- SOPs
- Digital downloads
- Prompt libraries
- Frameworks
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.
3. Growth Bottleneck Audit™
The Growth Bottleneck Audit™ is a scheduled professional consulting service.
- You may reschedule your audit by notifying us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
- Once the audit has been delivered, it is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Consulting & Implementation Services (SwarajOps)
Consulting and implementation services require dedicated planning, time, and resource allocation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable after work has commenced.
- If either party terminates the engagement, any completed work and fees already earned remain payable.
- Any project-specific refund terms will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.
5. Educational Programs (SwarajRise)
Refund eligibility for educational programs, workshops, or cohorts will be clearly stated on the respective sales page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases of educational programs are non-refundable after access has been granted.
6. SwarajOS Subscription
Subscription fees for SwarajOS are billed according to the selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded through the original payment method where appropriate.

- It will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
9. Cancellation by SwarajX
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a paid service and are unable to provide a suitable alternative, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule the service.
